1923 Ford T-Bucket (Titled as '23) Show Winning Traditional Hot Rod Meet "Maggie"...so named by her builder because everywhere you go in this little Rod, people are drawn to her like a magnet. Maggie is a hand-bullt 1923 T-Bucket Roadster (Titled as a 1923) originally built by Vince Nowack back in the late 80's. Her chassis is not a kit, but a one one-off creation of Vince including the unique front shock mounts and four coil spring link rear. The chassis is also butter smooth with all welds ground and finished. There is even a hidden hitch in the rear if you wanted to tow a trailer or use the luggage basket we have on your trips to shows. Her engine is a vintage 283 with late model heads and Tri-Power intake featuring three Strombergs. The engine, transmission, and rear end all came out of the same doner car, a 1957 Corvette. So you have the SBC engine, with the Powerglide tranny and a Hotchkis in the back. The bucket is fiberglass and the seats are a high quality vinyl. But since Vince started with an actual 1923, she has a '23 title. She has MSD ignition under the dash as well. Vince did lots of little things to the car as well. It has an battery cut-off hidden under the bucket and a fuel cut-off out back. Vince intended to do some vintage racing. The steering wheel is removable as well. She has vintage drag slicks out back with wide whites and Coker tiny's up front mounted on repro Ford wires. Vince even hand made the radiator surround. In 2006, Maggie was awarded with "Best Engineered" at the St. Louis World of wheels and has won many awards at smaller shows. We got her from a Broker about three years ago and have enjoyed driving her a little every year but we find that because of our other business, Night Prowlers Kustom Kemp Accessories, our time is limited, and we don't want to see her sitting. When we first got Maggie, she had a single Four Barrel carb and a hood Bonnet, so when we fitted her with the three deuces we did away with it, but we still have it if you want it. Maggie is a reliable and quick little Rod, and someone is going to get a real gem here! Please don't waste my time or yours with lowball offers. This "T" is one of a kind and would cost far more to build today. Up for auction is a 1937 Ford Coupe Project Car! This car does not have a title, engine or transmission. The body is all steel and very good. All the metal work is done- new floor pans installed and metal patches where needed. The firewall is recessed for a newer style V-8 engine. The entire body is really very good- grille, roof, fenders, and doors. The hood did have a crack but has been welded. Below the trunk area- the tool tray area does have a couple cracks. The frame is also very good on this car. All the garnish moldings, window cranks, door latches and the crank out windshield frame come with it. The seat frame was cleaned up and has been recovered with black vinyl and looks great. There is no glass with it. There is GM style tilt steering column in the car. It also has a brand new Walker radiator with the transmission cooler in it. The back has a Chassis Engineering parallel leaf spring suspension. The front has a Chassis Engineering adjustable coil spring cross member with JW Rod Garage tubing A frame control arms. It also has a new manual rack and pinion. It has 11" disc brakes(metric GM calipers) in the front and drum brakes in the back. The rear end is an 8" Ford out of 1965-66 Mustang. The gas tank has been flushed and inspected and is ready for use. A lot of work has been done to this car but needs someone to finish it. This would make a very cool ratrod or hotrod.
